Storage Policy
Payment: Full payment is required before release of any product. Pricing: Rates are based on estimated pallet count and condition. Final charges may change based on actual pallet count, product condition, and labor required. Storage: Storage fees apply to all pallets remaining in the warehouse beyond agreed timelines. Storage charges are calculated on a daily basis. The date the shipment is received shall be considered the first day of storage. No storage charge will apply on the date of pickup, provided the shipment is removed from the Warehouse on the scheduled pickup date. Release: Upon release, pickup, loading, or departure of freight from FulCross Pro, LLC's facility or control, Customer acknowledges that FulCross Pro, LLC shall have no further liability or responsibility for the freight, including but not limited to cargo condition, load securement, shifting, damage, loss, delay, or transportation-related claims thereafter. Delays: Unclaimed freight will continue to accrue storage and may delay future services. Lien: FulCross Pro, LLC reserves the right to hold goods for unpaid balances in accordance with applicable law.
Calculator note: Free storage is honored through the agreed date and time. Charges are estimated using calendar days; the scheduled pickup-day exclusion applies when the shipment is picked up on its scheduled date. Confirm the late-cutoff rule and final charges against the customer agreement.
